The smoke-intake and charcoal-blower fans run up to 4 hours on a full charge. Charging takes 3–4 hours, and the charcoal itself burns without any electricity.

The water tray blocks intense heat and keeps the meat moist. Top up the water about every 40 minutes.

Replace it after every 2–3 uses.

The square grill plate has a premium Teflon coating. Wash it gently with a soft sponge rather than an abrasive scouring pad.
